2 Night Yoga & Wellness Retreat

Over the three days we are together, we’ll move, breathe, eat nourishing food and connect through free flow yoga sessions.

The aim of this retreat is to bring peace and calm into your busy life, and provide an opportunity for more extensive yoga practice to leap forward.

Whether you’re traveling alone or with a friend/partner, this yoga retreat will help you escape daily routines and move toward a more balanced and healthy lifestyle. You’ll also be inspired and gain the tools needed to implement lasting positive changes in your daily routine.

The aim of the retreat is to provide dedicated time for you to focus on your yoga practice without the usual distractions of daily life.

We’ll start each day with calming breathing exercises to center ourselves and prepare for the day ahead. Afterward, we’ll move with yoga flows designed to energise our bodies and minds, setting a positive tone for the day.

In the evenings, our sessions will focus on relaxation and gentle stretching movements to help us unwind. These soothing flows will be complemented by guided meditation sessions, allowing us to fully relax and find inner peace before our delicious dinner.

The yoga room is a light and spacious oak framed room with floor to ceiling windows overlooking a quiet, flower filled courtyard. It is adjacent to the barn, allowing you to walk straight from your bedroom, down the hall and into the yoga space. With an array of indoor plants and a sound system, you can tune in to relaxing music, drifting off into a world of calm, enjoying this tranquil space anytime day or night.

Yoga Teacher: Aysegul Jakubowski

Meet Aysegul—though you’re welcome to call her Aysha or Ayse! Originally from Turkey, Aysegul moved to Greater Manchester eight years ago with her little family and has since discovered her true passion: yoga. She’s a certified yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance in the UK and also specialises in kids’ yoga.

With her cheerful and lighthearted personality, Aysegul brings energy and fun to every session. She finds immense joy in helping others achieve their personal goals. Her classes are filled with encouragement and positivity, making yoga accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
